- Corporate & Team Workshops: Meeting icebreakers, sprint retrospectives, secret Santas, and raffle drawings.
No attribution is required for streaming or classroom use, though a verbal shoutout or link to getpicklab.com is always appreciated by our team!
3. Randomness & Gaming Disclaimer
PickLab is designed as a decision aid and entertainment utility. All outcomes are generated locally using the standard browser Web Cryptography API (crypto.getRandomValues) to ensure mathematical fairness and independence.
PickLab is not a certified electronic gambling device or licensed lottery terminal under any state, national, or international gaming authority.
PickLab must not be used as the mechanical arbiter for real-money wagering, state lotteries, or high-stakes financial transactions where jurisdictional certification (such as GLI-19) is legally mandated. 5. Intellectual Property Rights
The PickLab brand name, logo, visual design tokens, custom 3D shaders, physics sound synthesis routines, and web layouts are protected under international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.
You retain 100% ownership and copyright over any custom lists, labels, or names you input into PickLab tools. We claim no intellectual property rights or ownership over your entries.
6. Disclaimers & Service Availability
PickLab is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
While we strive for 99.99% uptime through global edge caching, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free, or zero-latency operation on every browser or hardware configuration. Performance may vary based on your device's GPU, browser version, or memory availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PickLab, its founders, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or outcomes resulting from reliance upon any random decision generated by our software.
